SilverTQ, LLC proudly stand behind their fine handcrafted jewelry and are happy to facilitate any repairs of their product.  Proof of purchase is required for all repairs.

All repair costs, with exception to the related customer shipping and handling costs to and from SilverTQ, LLC, will be fully covered by the company within six months of the customer purchase.  After six months, or in those instances where the jewelry was mistreated, the repair cost will be specifically determined as to the repair work required.  All repair costs must be mutually agreed to between the customer and company prior to the start of repair.

Most repairs are typically completed within a 6-8 week period.  However, depending on the type of work needing to be implemented, some repairs may require more time.  SilverTQ, LLC only repair jewelry directly purchased from the company.
